🔁 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • It must be in the same condition as received
  • It must include original packaging and tags
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@nuvioitalia.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or skincare products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original one. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still meet the return conditions listed above.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
